What does the future of food look like? There is no reason why we shouldn’t have plenty of good food for everyone in Scotland. We have the people and the resources to make it happen, but we need a coherent strategy that joins the dots. Our first report Plenty: Food, Farming and Health in a New Scotland describes a food system that is environmentally sustainable, socially just, and delivers high levels of wellbeing, it sets out the vision, makes the case for change, and some steps for getting there.
